I live in Texas but Dunster to me is much more than an interesting RUclips tour. I am a direct descendant of William II Lord Dunster 1090-1155. It indicates to me one of the great features of Time Team as they transport people around the world to their origins.

Stewart Ainsworth is important in any and all the time team digs, cause of his vision in finding and see things that others do not, by looking at the natural areas, the maps and even the air shots, and how he connects it all is amazing.

The advice to do your regressive map analysis with two glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon at hand resembles that to solve your cryptic crossword late at night, before you go to bed. Both measures serve to take the brakes off "free association," i.e. to diminish the "active inhibition" of the passive process of "spreading activation."

That explains the Hapsburg funeral I saw on RUclips, which ended with the coffin being carried from the cathedral to a monastery where the whole dynasty was entombed.

How many times have I watched Time Team, and seen the total failure of the archaeologists and geophysics to get to the bottom of things, and thought "Steward will sort it out!" And he always did. "What is actually happening is X, Y and Z!" The most underrated of the Time Team IMHO.
